Bankruptcy Clinics for the Self Represented
The Bankruptcy Bar Association of the South District of Florida offer free clinics pro se clinics consisting of a 45 minute video presentation outlining procedures for filing bankruptcy and consumer law topics, followed by a question and answer session. Afterwards, participants meet with volunteer attorneys from local law firms for general bankruptcy or consumer credit advice about chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy. Please note that the volunteer attorneys do not fill out or review forms and do not represent participants in any further proceedings. WALK INS WELCOME.

Pro Se Small Claims Clinics for the Self Represented ("Pro Se")
At each Small Claims Clinic, "pro se" litigants, or those representing themselves on their own in court proceedings, meet with volunteer attorneys who discuss their case and review various self-help materials. Pro bono attorneys do NOT represent the litigants in their cases or beyond the clinics which teach the litigants how to handle their cases on their own.
