Guardianship & Probate

Dade Legal Aid provides free legal assistance to qualifying low-income residents of Miami-Dade County in the areas of probate and guardianship.  For those who wish to serve as guardians for elderly, physically or mentally incapacitated family members and loved ones, client intake is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm at 123 NW First Avenue, First Floor, Miami, FL   33128, Phone: (305) 579-5733.  The office is conveniently located across from Government Center and is easily accessible by metro rail, people mover or bus.  We also have several locations in South Dade for the convenience of clients living in South Dade. For those that are seeking to probate an estate or have wills and related documents prepared for them by a pro bono attorney, they may apply to Put Something Back on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 8:30 am-11 am at Put Something Back, 123 NW 1 Avenue.
